Went in today to look at a unit and Ms.Shadareca Ellis was very helpful very knowledgeable of the property and all the procedures I would need to do to be approved very sweet and funny. We had a great Convo. Thanks a lot. Can’t wait to move here!

I had a great tour with Shadareca! She took the time to show me each unit (even those I didn’t think I wanted to see), didn’t make me feel rushed, and gave me some amazing insight on the property and specials. She was a pleasure to tour with and I absolutely recommend checking out this property!

This is a great place to live! Damon and his Management team do all they can to accommodate the tenants; the Maintenance team always does a great job; and we love our courtyard view. Plus, it is close to everything: like Victory Church.

This place isn’t perfect, but I do wanna give a shout out to the maintenance team, especially Marlin. I consistently see about three of them and they all do a great job to make sure that we’re all comfortable in our apartments. I always run into Marlin in the hallways as he’s cleaning and sanitizing the public spaces. He’s always polite and respectful and he’s a straightforward kind of guy. I’m big on being clean and areas being maintained so I really do appreciate Marlin for everything that he does.

Location and price are what got us here. The pool and attention to detail are keepers. We were recently impressed with the new maintenance man. Work orders have been taken care of in record time. Staff is helpful and work to ensure the community feels like home.
