It was my first time my wife and I bought a house and we had a ton of questions. Marisa did a great job of going through every document with my wife and I and explaining what each step of the process was. She was always available to tour houses when we needed her to be and that’s what enabled us to be able to put an offer on a house that had just came back on market that day. She also has a superb network of connections that got us an insurance agent and electrician that enabled us to close on the house on time.
