Mariposa Lofts

Ms Sam and her crew always bring a smile to your face. They are amazing people who are also great at their job. This is my first year in the community and they have made it incredibly enjoyable. Moving from out of state can be a lot but the process was painless thanks to them. Shawn gets what you need done maintenance wise in a quick and efficient way. The whole team has really made living here a great experience.

In some cases, dealing with leasing offices and property management teams can be a less-than-pleasant experience. However, that is absolutely not the case at Mariposa Lofts. The team here is exceptional—consistently going above and beyond to support and serve their residents. Sam and her team are always welcoming, bringing warmth and genuine appreciation to every interaction in the leasing office. Shawn works diligently to ensure the property is well-maintained, and the courtesy officer does an excellent job maintaining safety and security throughout the community. I’m genuinely pleased with my experience at Mariposa Lofts and would like to extend my sincere appreciation to all the staff and residents who contribute to this supportive and vibrant community.

SHAUN, THE MAINTENANCE CREW LEAD, IS AMAZING!!! Any issue we’ve had, he got us taken care of and/or made sure we were comfortable in the process such as when our AC unit went out in the peak of Summer. It sucks as you can imagine but he made sure we had a portable unit or 2 to stay cool. I’ve had days when there were urgent requests and days when I had non-urgent requests, and all cases were treated with urgency! And He was sure to follow up to ensure the requests were taken care of. I usually don’t like maintenance to visit while I am away due to trust issues (nothing to do with Mariposa Lofts) but I TRUST SHAUN 110% !!! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO!! I wish someone had warned us before we signed our lease here. Living at Mariposa has been nothing but stressful, unsafe, and unhealthy. Serious Water Damage & Mold: We reported a roof leak on August 14th, followed up again on August 26th, and as of September 10th, nothing has been fixed. Instead, new water spots are spreading on the ceiling. The humidity in our unit stays around 62%, we now have black mold growing on our windows, and water pooling inside our refrigerator. Health Issues: My partner and I wake up with fatigue, headaches, and severe nasal congestion every day. Our allergies are worse than ever. We feel unsafe and uncomfortable living in our own apartment, with zero peace of mind. Lack of Action: Despite repeated requests, management has dragged their feet and ignored urgen

The lack of attention to problems around the building could be attributed to the turnover of people in the office. Hard to keep who’s who. These pics: window and lesge of neighhor’s place has been like this since July or June. The dog poop stations overflow often. The stations could be larger and have a liner to help block the odor.
