Mariposa Flats

I lived here for two years and I can’t say enough great things about my experience. A huge reason for my amazing time was the wonderful property management team. Anna and her team always went above and beyond to ensure that open communication was provided to residents. They even left adorable small gifts outside our doors on holidays. Those extra efforts really made this place feel like a home. I felt so safe and cared for living here and I really want to thank the property management team for all their hardwork, it really stood out to me. The apartments are nice and modern, with lots of natural light, and the common spaces/ floors were quiet and cleaned on a regular basis. I definitely recommend living here!

I lived at Mariposa Flats for 3 years. Now that I moved out and settled into my new place, I figured it would be a good time to leave a review. I should mention that I lived in one of their smaller studios for 1 year and then their biggest one bedroom for 2 years. Pricing: Mariposa Flats has VERY competitive pricing for studios and one bedrooms. Location: The location is perfect! I liked being near coffee shops, restaurants, and things to do. Anything downtown was only 10-15 minutes away. It was also nice going to a show at Emo's and being able to walk home. Amenities: Are the amenities going to blow you away? Amazing floor plans, amenities, quality, prices, and the friendliest employees. Working from home, I wanted to make sure that I would live in a great apartment - somewhere with a lot of natural light to keep me happy and great price to save money. Mariposa Flats checked out all the boxes. While living here, I felt like my apartment was my sanctuary. I could walk basically anywhere I wanted - HEB, lake trail, Buzzmill, USPS, Wallgreens... On top of all that, the employees are SO nice. Salvador, the handy man that helps maintain everything in great shape, always greets you with a smile and asks how your day is going. Savannah, the leasing officer, is SO friendly, responsive, and helpful. She will text you when you got mail in and if you didn't come by to pick it up before the office clos

I absolutely loved my time at Mariposa Flats! It was one of the best buildings I've lived in. The staff made everything super easy and pleasant. I was looking for a studio that had really good natural lighting and Savannah offered so much attention to detail to make sure that I got a unit that fit my needs. Bonus that it is running/walking distance from the lake trail. Everything was seamless - from the application process to the couple times I needed maintenance and Sal was quick to fix. Needless to say it was perfect and I already miss living there! If the building had 2 bedrooms, it'd still be my home.

I lived in a top floor studio facing East at Mariposa Flats for a year and was very happy with the management team. Out of the many apartment complexes I’ve lived in around the US, they were the most responsive and even went above and beyond my expectations at times. Beyond the management team, the view of the expansive sky with beautiful sunrises make this a memorable part of my time in Austin. There may be some minor things to consider on the top floor, such as noise of the AC condenser units on the roof, but this may be contained to my unit. Overall, I recommend these apartments.
