Mariner's Village Apartments

I've been here a little over 6 months and, it's been pretty good so far. My initial contact with the leasing office was with Maribel and she's been pretty consistent in regards to her willingness to assist or address my concerns. Maintenance is pretty good which is definitely a drastic change from my previous complex. Fortunately I haven't had any theft issues and my neighbors are pretty nice which is also a pleasant change from my previous complex. I would only suggest that they beef up security a bit. Although it's gated, ANYONE can get in if they simply follow the car in front of them:( and sometimes they're so bold that I've actually seen people sitting at the gate waiting for a resident to pull up and hit their gate opener.
