Mariner's Cay Apartments

I honestly was not going to post this but I figured I needed to warn others before they decide to live here. The photos included are the day we moved in. I moved in December of 2024. I told them in September of 2025 that I would not be renewing my lease because I got a new job and no longer qualified based on income. I was told by the girl that no longer works there that was fine I had to give a notice and she would send it to my email. I sent it back and was told I didn't need to do anything else. My lease ended November 30th 2025. I went to return the keys to the office December 1st and asked if I needed to do a finale walk through. I was told that the maintenance guy would do the walk through and he confirmed everything was fine and we would get our deposit that they only deduct for maj

The maintenance supervisor here is absolutely amazing. Any issue—big or small—is handled quickly, efficiently, and with a great attitude. They go out of their way to make sure tenants feel comfortable and taken care of, and it really shows how much pride they take in the complex. Having someone this reliable is a major asset to this community.

This place is absolutely horrible. First of all when I moved in the peep hole on the front door was missing it was just a hole in the door and the shelves on the door in the fridge and freezer were missing and 10 months later still no peephole and no shelves. My neighbors above me shot an AR through there floor into my master bedroom and I told the office I wanted to terminate my lease or move to a different building on the third floor as I didn’t feel safe. No one ever called me back and I told them I would not pay rent if they would not allow me to terminate my lease or switch units because I did not feel safe. They did none of the above instead they filed for an eviction all while not posting anything on my door or sending through certified mail I never received any 30 day notices I nev
