Mariner Grove

April and Shawnte were amazing at setting me up. Working for the ladies in the office today was a great experience. The property is beautiful and the pool NEVER closes. Open year round. Easy access to river street within 5 minutes. Highly recommended. Coffee, tea and cold drinks with snacks available in office. Secure package pick up boxes.

I've been living at Mariner Grove for 3.5 years. They recently fired all of their management and hired new staff. The new staff at the leasing office have been awful. I went up to get a copy of my lease agreement and they told me they weren't able to give me a copy of it or any other documentation on letterhead that stated my wife and I lived with them until Monday. I informed them I needed it before Monday or my wife wouldn’t be unable to get on my health insurance. They still didn’t offer to help me even when I told them my lease agreement wasn’t available over the resident portal. On top of this, another resident was with me at the time that had locked herself out of her apartment and was requesting maintenance to unlock her door because she had dogs and cats inside that she had to feed

I love visiting this complex with my family. Front office is kind, welcoming, and helpful. I really feel like you have all you need when you live here! And I love how beautiful the pool is even in October. My family is happy here and this is definitely where I would live if I lived in savannah.

I just wanted to take a moment to highlight how amazing Shay has been in assisting me here at Mariner Grove Apartments. Every time I’ve needed help especially with getting set up on the New resident account systems. Shay been incredibly patient knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to walk me through the process what could have been confusing and stressful turned into a smooth and easy experience because of her. I would highly recommend Mariner Grove to any in all future residence!

I am extremely disappointed with the current management of this apartment complex and feel compelled to warn prospective residents. Since the new management took over, the level of professionalism, organization, and resident safety has significantly declined. Within a single week, two of my packages were stolen, totaling over $1,000 in losses. I reported this issue multiple times to the office, specifically to Assistant Manager Ms. Allen and the front desk receptionist, and was met with rudeness, defensiveness, and a complete lack of accountability or empathy. At no point was there an apology or genuine attempt to resolve the situation. Instead, I was repeatedly told that there are no cameras, which is extremely concerning and makes the property feel unsafe. Package theft is clearly an on
