Marine Terrace Apartments

I don’t like how open it is to the public. Anyone can come in and cause trouble which already have. Broken into cars, assault tenants, gang gatherings, smells like marijuana and cigarettes, graffiti on walls, even a maintainer was gun assaulted. They try to keep us clean but not secure. You can have homeless hanging and hiding in the laundries. Need to do better in being private and secure.

I don't know why everyone is hating on the manager. She is just doing her job. She treats me with respect, and she does a very good job. I've been here for 2.5 years and I can't complain about anything. It's a clean quite home for me.

My unit has a small patio that I use in the mornings to drink coffee. It is not huge, but it feels like my own little outdoor space.

Believe the bad reviews. This place is terrible. Roach infested. Management is terrible. Maintenance manager is married to the apartment manager and together they work to defraud the residents by charging for every possible repair. Per maintenance manager "someone has to pay for it." Generally your rent covers repairs that need to be done, but here the first thing maintenance will ask is "what did you do to it?" so they can try to give you a reason for the $200 dollars they are about to charge you. They without a doubt pocket all the fees they charge the residents. Do yourself a favor look somewhere else!

We had to pay 6 months advance to stay here which just trapped us in. You have absolutely no privacy. If you using the restroom the neighbor upstairs has a clear view of what your doing. The bedroom is just 5 feet away from the driveway. You hear cars all day long. I pray that you don't stay here. Please believe me and the other 10 people who left 1 star reviews. Plus the management lady is a mean and shady
