Marina Village Apartments

I really hate staying here !!! The staff is rude . The employees that clean the property will see you stop and mug /stare at you which makes staying here very uncomfortable 🥴 They aren’t welcoming AT ALL. Also They don’t know how to speak back!! they will ignore you !!kids run around the property all day yelling ! There’s no storage space in the units 😂 you get A small closet in your room and a even smaller one in the hallway . oh yeah and expect to have notices for inspections on your door once a month 😂 if you are planning to move here just DONT !!! I’ll give these apartments another year before they turn into the hood .

I like the inside of my apartment. It’s pretty, but not lots of counter space. The worst thing is I hear people talking at 4:00 AM next to the trash. Also at 9:00 I hear kids screaming and running. When I first moved in here there were like 7 kids peeking at the master room window. And people are staring at me. Plus why are there SO much black people?? Like I was shocked and shy I was like: am I the only white person? Plus the master room dosent look like a master room. It looks like a different room. Also when we were signing papers to move in, IT TOOK A YEAR! And I think the workers know that I’m impatient. But I’ll still say this is good cause the design is a little pretty and the bathroom lights turn on automatically but also the apartment is a little too small. Like the living room.

My experience was absolutely terrible with them. I had applied back in March and they kept asking me for all kind of unnecessary information. Also, they ran my credit three times which is a hard inquiry on your credit report. They told me that they would have a unit ready for me by the middle of November I called and I left a email to check with them And they told me that they had over 200 applicants that they were working on and that they already started moving people in and I was like well obviously you guys lied to me because they said they wouldn’t have any units ready until the middle of November not only that they caused me in my three children to almost be Homeless Because they took so much time. They had me reapply about six different times I have given them pay stubs all the way b

I moved into Marina Village about a month ago. Although, it took me a while to receive the green light to move in due to construction issues. The wait was worth it. After finally moving in I appreciate the management team. I find the bldg maintenance crew works above and beyond to handle the needs of the residential community. Keeping the areas well maintained and clean. I've even seen them mop the outside trash area. I give this Village ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Marina Village is a well lit village with safe play areas for the kids. It nice to see families & seniors living together in this affordable mix income housing. The kids play outside freely and safely just like the old days. This 'Village' is a nice place to call home ♥️ The Flowers 🌹 & The Lights at #TheVillage

Management very unprofessional and snobby. I am glad me and my fiancé did not move forward with the process. The rent is high and they have no amenities to offer, like where is the pool, no playground for the children in the community, might as well be a senior community. Rooms are super small not enough counter space in the kitchen. Good luck to anyone that is trying to get into this place. 👎🏽
