Living in this community has been very nice, from the neighbors to the involvement of our community for events to the accessibility of my favorite stores close by Here on the property it’s quiet and we get to have fun throughout the year like canvas painting, food trucks, movie nights with a DJ, great food and treats Easter egg hunts, raffles for turkeys and Christmas trees It’s a fun place to live, simple and has its charm

I've lived in a few different apartments and Harbor Breeze Apartments has been an excellent place to live. Some of my favorite things are the well kept grounds, the online resident portal, the resident events, being walking distance from the Marina and the sense of community. I have been supported and felt valued from the day I moved in. The Property Manager Raiven and Maintenance Technician Brian are absolutely what separates these apartments from others I've lived at. They are both incredible people and will solve any issue promptly and efficiently. They are truly the best and are to thank for giving these apartments a sense of community and making them a stress-free living environment.

I love the area your are next to the waterfront and near restaurant, bars and there is always events in the weekends near by. The apartment is awesome maintenance is always on time for anything and landlord is always there when you have questions. It was quiet no loud neighbors and no roaches!!! Big plus! Can’t find much places that is affordable with no bugs. Thank you for your time Raiven, now that my family is growing I have to leave.

I was looking for a place in old town Suisun that I could afford. I ended up at Harbor Breeze. My 1 bedroom is spacious for me and my 2 cats 😻. The current manager is very accommodating and very good at her job. She is a natural problem solver and so easy to deal with; in other words she is awesome. Ravien takes care of any issues that might come up with a smile. She has a good rapport with most of the residents. She is smart and knows her business. I would not trade for another manager ❤️

I lived at Harbor Breeze for three years and was pleased with it. The maintainence person was always helpful and I can't say enough good about Raiven. She was always pleasant and helpful. Thank you both!!
