I lived here for over 8 years under several property management companies. PLEASE see photos. This current property management company has taken the property downhill. Don’t trust the people leaving reviews for taking a tour because they don’t actually live here. A beautiful view doesn’t mean much when it’s not well maintained. Having a nice pool and a gym doesn’t mean anything if it’s always closed even though you’re still getting charged every month. A gated community isn’t safe if the gate is always open and you’re paying for that too. In 2 years our rent increased almost $600. Several units were in had shape but our requests were ignored. The moving process went very smoothly thanks to Omar, who made it much easier for my husband and me. He has been wonderful to us from the very beginning, guiding us through the process and showing incredible patience. I am truly grateful to him and the rest of the staff. They were extremely helpful, especially after move-in. This place is far better than where I lived before, and I really enjoy living here so far. I haven’t had to deal with the issues I faced previously. This place is worth every penny, and I plan to stay here for a long time, especially to enjoy the lake view. I sincerely appreciate everything Omar did for my husband and me. Thanks to him, we finally have our first home together! ❤️❤️

Lived here for two years and it went downhill fast. The gate never worked, the buildings are outdated and barely maintained, and the trash area was constantly overflowing with furnature. To top it off, management hit me with a $400 fee over neatly stacked cardboard boxes and even called me "lazy." I'm shocked as my old place encouraged the practice of leaving boxes set aside and not load the compactor. This place is poorly run from top to bottom. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless major changes are made.

I waited a month to review to make sure I’m accurate. I was impressed with the way the process was explained to me. When I left my tour Omar made sure I had a true breakdown of the move in fees and an accurate expectation of my monthly charges. I knew exactly what to do once my decision was made and that’s important to me because I toured places before that once I left I was more confused than before the tour. The place has the best views you can find in Orlando. I feel I made the right decision moving here.

I had such a great experience at Marina Landing! From start to finish, the process of getting our apartment was smooth and stress-free thanks to the phenomenal help of the business manager Arvin. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care and efficiency, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication. The staff here is also amazing - always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we need. It really makes a difference to feel supported and valued as a resident. I can’t recommend Marina Landing enough if you’re looking for a beautiful place to live with a team that genuinely cares about their residents!
