Beautiful newer community in a prime location just steps away from the beach and with amazing intercostal views. Staff is so incredibly pleasant and maintenance team is amazing! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a new apartment.

Best kept secret in sunny isles beach. Truly, this is equivalent to trump’s plazas and more. Many swimming pools to choose from, grills, fitness centers, business centers, public space area. It’s amazing place to live in. Quite at night, parking garage is clean and controlled. Gated community, very clean public space , fitness center , restrooms . Package delivery system that is first class, electronic access on your mobile. Sometimes I feel I live on a space ship. Management is outstanding, extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Always in control preventing invasive acts. Been here for many years and will be for more.

I am renting a place there since 15 days, there is no cleaning done on my floor, my Elevator is not doing to my floor since I moved in, I advised management and situation is not fixed till today, insane when you pay over than 3.8k an unit monthly. Cherry on the cake, I do paid a parking spot $125 And parking gate is non stop open day and night and people without to pay can park, over than 15 days that parking gate is not working and or repair.. perfect to have bad surprise. The price is not justified, utilities are not working properly, management doesn’t act correctly probably because they can’t do more. Finition in the unit is very bad, paint work is a mess/ horrible , no apologies for brand new building. Not surprising building is not full. I do not recommend to rent in Marina del

The most terrible administration that can exist!!! Agnes makes mistakes for which the office manager will subsequently attack you and gaslite you! Instead of apologizing, they'll yell at you and make you crazy! And when you try to follow the rules and act as prescribed in their rules, while most people violate and are not going to change anything, you will be made guilty. Instead of just admitting there mistake about which they didn't inform me in time. And couple of months they charged me for the 2nd parking space that I physically didn't have. It's a small amount of money, but no one will want to pay for what they don't have. And when you come just to fix the situation you will be yelled and blamed! The worst management !!! Management rarely meets its promises, leading to worsening conditions. Initially, they offered free coworking spaces and coffee, but these benefits have been discontinued. Parking is a significant issue: cars are towed from rented spots over irrelevant documents, while unauthorized vehicles are ignored. The gates frequently malfunction and remain open, compromising security. Additionally, plumbing problems are common due to narrow pipes, and the cleaning standards are poor.
