Review for Angela at Marina Del Mar I just want to give a huge shout-out to Angela at the leasing office for making the whole leasing process super easy and smooth. We originally came in looking for a 1-bedroom, but after seeing how big it was (and the great price), we decided to check out the 2-bedrooms too. Angela mentioned they had a promotion going on — we already knew — but what really stood out was how she wasn’t pushy at all. She was sweet, patient, and really seemed to care about helping us find the right place without any pressure. She knew everything about the property and answered every question we had right away. We ended up getting a 2-bedroom, and Angela made sure we got all the promos Marina Del Mar was offering. She walked us through the whole process and made everything

Stephanie Hernandez provided exactly what I needed. I moved in about two months ago and needed a fast approval, and Stephanie was able to get it done even with Thanksgiving in between. From the first day I visited the apartments, she was knowledgeable, clear, and responsive. She answered all my questions both in person and by text, and kept the entire process efficient and well organized. I’m very satisfied with the apartment and the community, and I appreciate the professionalism she showed from start to finish. I would definitely recommend working with her.

I want to give a special shoutout to Stephanie! She is truly excellent at what she does. She always greets everyone with a smile, is incredibly professional, and is genuinely willing to help. You can tell she truly cares about people and takes pride in her work. This time, she went above and beyond to help me, and it really made a difference in my experience. First of all don’t believe everything you read! Since Pegasus Residential came on this building has done a tremendous change!! The new management team and staff is actually so much better then the last two companies. Yes, there was issues in the past and we are all aware of them, but it’s been over a year and things in the building are extremely better. They now care about the appearance of the building inside and out. If you are still bashing this staff and new company then you need to move! Let’s focus on the positive change they brought on and stop dwelling on the past. Some of the resident that have lived here needed to go and with this team in place they are going thankfully.
