I was a tenant at the 109 E 102nd building for over 4 years and had nothing short of a great experience. Not only was communication with management a breeze, but my superintendent Richie was always quick to take care of us. He went above and beyond for the tenants, and truly came to be considered family; one of a kind!

Packages in the building continue to be stolen and management has done nothing. There are no cameras or safety measures. The entire package room was ransacked.

I have lived in a cond-op managed by this company for 30 years and served on the board of the cooperative for almost 10 years of that time, which is to say. I have a great deal of experience in working with them directly to handle major building challenges. I began as a renter and became a shareholder so I've experienced both sides of their service.
