And it wasn't your typical easy rental. Unfortunately, we had a roof leak, AC replacement, refrigerator replacement, tree removal, and a fence replacement. All of it was managed with Kellie's expertise! Kellie was also the realtor for our home purchase and did a fantastic job as well! I want to make sure Maria gets credit too.
