Marela Apartments

We got robbed inside the gated community. We paid for a reserved parking an additional fee, but no one respect it. We have placed many complaints by email, but we never get any answer back from the management. We have a wrasp honeycomb inside our balcony just one foot from our bedroom’s Sliding glass door (we can not open it because of it). For more than 3 months we have gigantic fire ants inside our home. The fire alarm sound with a strong beep every 5 second. We hear strong steps all the night from the unit upstairs. The amenities such as the pool or the 3 gyms, are in “constant” renovation, we have been here for 6 months and haven’t been able to enter not even once.
