Marcus Property Management

I've been with Marcus Property Management for about 10 years on Laau street. Good place? good area. Only problem I have now is My neighbor apt#8 seems to "ALWAYS" be bringing out his trash and leaving it by the door for days at a time. It smells like a dead animal. The smell goes directly into my room and stinks up the home. He also has 2 non working vans in stalls that could be used be tenants with running vehicles. We don't see him cause he's either out or working all night? Once in a blue moon we see him in day light. Not to complain but talk about common courtesy and being a mindful neighbor. There is no security to report cause they do not answer their phones at all. My wife has brought this to managements attention and I hope it gets addressed soon? If not I am going to approach the

I have been a rental tenant with Marcus Property Management for a little over a year with Arnette Ishikawa as my property manager, but my time has come to move to the next chapter of my life. I highly recommend renting through Marcus Property Management and working with Arnette. Throughout my tenancy, she has been extremely helpful, kind, thorough, understanding and professional. Through the start of the coronavirus pandemic, Marcus PM & Arnette were fast to reach out to their tenants to see how they could be of assistance during those crazy times last year.
