Matthew Prozzillo and his team which included Benjamin Skinner and Adam Sklaver were a God-send. They were able to sell my apartment building in record time by placing it at auction. The timing of the process went exactly as they said it would. All transactions have their hiccups and they dealt with them like pros and smoothed things over to allow the transaction to proceed to completion in record time. I am very grateful to Matt and his team for returning my peace of mind! Highly recommend!
Multiple bad experiences with their brokers and financing department. Issues with neglecting my intent to make an offer on properties which ended up selling for less than my offer and issues with financing taking my information and not returning calls. Probably all due to holding properties for their friends as a seller I would avoid.
Discriminating agency. Does not care about its employees or its customers. Do not work with them. Trust me, the only reviews they have on here are from the RM and a senior agent. The 5 star review is a lie.
