I was assaulted by a resident that live in the 2300 because my autistic son was doing something he didn’t like I did call the police and will be pressing full charges. These residents are very aggressive and dangerous.

I was considering moving onto this property in May. I placed a deposit of $1868 to hold the unit but never signed the lease and until this day they have yet to give me my refund said I have to wait 30 to 45 days for what it didn’t take 30 to 45 days to take my money. I’m now seeking Legal Councel I do not recommend this poorly ran property to anyone!

Updated review 2025- ANOTHER new ownership, trying to change the name to something atrocious, it's laughable! It's still the same place, just new people own it with a different management company who doesn't know how to treat people. I hear they bought Uncle Tom back, this place is really about to go down with him in charge again. They don't have security at night when we need it most. There's a new bandaid on the ceiling of the lobbies every couple days. It's constantly dripping water from the he ceiling in the vestibules. The parking lots lines need to be redone along with the holes in the ground in the lot that a couple weeks ago they filled it with dirt during the rainy season🤣! I have been a very good resident for 6 year's and had a fire, they say faulty lamp, but probably outlet but they didn't secure my unit after fire and broke in and stole everything. Management unresponsive. Shameful! As a result of my being traumatized by fire and no help. I lost everything. The rental office would make me wait long time to get into my apartment to get my stuff and then say I had to go after no more than an hour. So I had no help and had to work so I didn’t get most of my stuff out of my apartment. They had a yard sale of people stuff in lobby not long after that.
