Great condo steps from the beach. These are great spacious units for sale or rent. They have full kitchens, spacious living rooms and bedrooms. All the comforts of home, 2 blocks from the beach. The luxury resorts are on the beach full of entertainment, and free public transportation is available on the City Trolley. Great investment or home site. The units are undated and the building is undergoing renovations to fix all of past issues. Currently the pool is being redone with beautiful new pavers. Very nice apartment. Close to the beach, 5 minutes walk. Many shops and restaurants behind. McDonald’s, pharmacy, gas station 2 minutes walk. Quiet vicinity.

Building is a public hazard. The concrete breaking away all over the parking garage, there are cracks going throughout the whole building. I'm scared to pass by next to this thing, let alone live there. The assessment is humongous and some engineers confirmed it cannot be repaired. Asssociation still allows car parking on the 2nd garage, which is suicidal. Building is not safe to live or be next to.

Great location! Walking to everything including beach!! Building is not new but in a good condition with fast elevators and amazing water pressure in the units. I’ve seeing a building super is washing and cleaning the hallways and around the building every single day. I would love to stay here every time I visit
