Maplewood Apartments

Clean apartments. Manager is nice at first but you can't find her when needed even though she lives there, office hours not totally reliable. Don't worry, if she needs you she will knock and call and act like a mom looking for her kid that snook out in the middle of the night. It took over two weeks to fix the stove, not good for a family. That was an expensive two weeks of eating out. They did not care too much. Do NOT expect most of your deposit back. We were pretty clean and we left the apartment cleaner then when we got it. Yes it wasn't fully vacuumed and cleaned when we moved in. Only gets a 2nd star because most days it was quiet and calm. DO NOT recommend.

Anyone looking to move here, be extremely careful do your homework. I have one neighbor, who can do anything and I mean anything. Break furniture, kicks on her door, yelling all hours of night where others have to work. This neighbor doesn't work LOL.

This picture is much nicer than the apartments actually look but it could be an old photo. Nothing extra or extreme to point out. Not bad not great.

The onsite manager is great!!!
