Maplecroft Village

We’ve lived here for over a year now and enjoy the place. The gym and community room are a great addition. The apartments themselves are spacious and newly built. The complex is quiet for the most part.

I enjoyed living at Maplecroft Village while our new home was being built. The apartments are spacious with modern amenities in a great location. The complex is well lit and the grounds are nicely maintained. All of the neighbors are very kind and considerate.

Been living at Maplecroft Village since October 2024. We have enjoyed the apartments being very pet friendly, and the new workout and common room. It is very quiet and secluded which we love.

Living at Maplecroft Village has been a wonderful experience. We are centrally located near grocery stores, doctors, and restaurants. We have a diverse population, which we enjoy. Everyone is very considerate of each other. We have a spacious living area and all the amenities we enjoyed as homeowners without the responsibility.

Luxury is deceiving. NOT worth the price they charge for rent. Especially for the top floors. You'll get sick of carrying bags of groceries/ bottled water up 2 flights of stairs no matter what age you are. Landlord is NOT pleasant to work with as we found out when we had to make complaints, immediately upon moving into the newly built, "brand new" apartment with numerous issues that are ongoing. Landlord gets very aggravated when an issue arises and you speak up about it. Leaky front door that has rust on the INSIDE hinges because it was built-not level and wait till you see your electric bill at over $200.00 a month . Everything in apartment uses electric. $2900.00 and 1 year later gym isn't even ready yet. You also have to be 6 foot tall to use the grills. You'll see what I mean. Th
