In April 2025, I was appointed administrator of my brother's estate which went through probate. In addition I live outside of CT. and do not have relationships with trades people. Michael was great to work with. He was professional and responsive to my questions and concerns. Michael was able to walk me through aspects of selling a home and in dealing with the courts regarding probate. He also provided me referrals in CT with regards to making the house market ready. The house was sold very quickly and above the listing price. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in CT.

I found Michael through Ideal Agent and did not have a good experience with him. He had someone else write up the listing for the house which contained errors that ultimately led to me having to issue seller credits to the buyers because of false information that was in the listing. And because of his reduced commission from Ideal Agent, which he kept bringing up and mentioning, all of his mistakes ended up costing me money while he still got his full commission. Several documents had mistakes in them. When I would ask for a bit more attention to detail to eliminate mistakes and needless back and forth I would be met with attitude. Overall it was not a good experience dealing with Michael.
