Maplecrest Apartments

I lived here for awhile the previous manager was amazing and took care of any issues promptly. The new management company that came in is all about money they dont care about the tenants at all. I had mold in my apartment from a toilet leaking above it took over a month because they “couldn’t reach the tenant” I do apartment maintenance for a living and all it takes is a 12 hour notice. Before ending my lease i requested to switch apartments as my upstairs neighbors were extremely noisy the entire building stunk like weed to the point my apartment smelt like it with the 2 inch gap under my entry door. The company that manages the maplecrest does not care about the tenants. I put in 2 different maintenance requests 2 weeks went by, and still no one came. I had to call the head office asking for help. Then they came. Another bad experience that is on going each week is the tenants next to me. They play very loud music for hours. One Saturday they started the music at 8om and ended at 2am. I asked the main office if they would address this issue. I was told they would sent a letter out to those tenants. All that to say nothing changed. There is no one on site to help with these types of issues. I've living here 16 years, and this management company is the worst. As soon as my lease is up I am leaving. I would not recommend living here.

Kelly takes good care of me- when I have a question or concern she is quick to answer. They replaced my stove very quickly. Bill was responsive to helping me with my garage door issues. It is not a high premium place but it safe and quiet. And much better priced than many other places. It is central to almost anywhere you want to go. Overall I am happy here.

When the request was made the maintenance man said he would meet at 9 am the next morning. He was a "No call, No show" until after was called again past 11 am. What needed fixing was a 2 min fix.

Our building entry door has been ajar for two months or so not fixed yet. And there’s trash all over the lawns. The buildings are never clean. They’ve never yet washed the entryway floors and never have swept down the basement stairs. There’s more but that’s enough for now.
