Maple Tree Apartments

Ever since the Bajan Corp took over from main Street LLC. I've noticed a lot of improvements at the maple tree apartments. It's quieter cleaner. And they even fixed the drains so waste water 🌊💦 doesn't go all over the walkways. From the drains on the side of the buildings 😂 Too bad these apartments don't have dishwashers. Or a laundry room. Other than that I'd say try it.

My third full summer here going on my fourth lease 😉 nobody bothers me I feel safe and I come and go at all different hours. You give what you get I get a long with everybody very happy here and plan on staying 😊they do a lot of work here everyday we have a lady that's working all day she is very nice.. ☮️🕊️Always hot water no matter the time of day the leasing office is now located in building 98 so if the winter is bad I can just drop off my rent 😉 a lot of improvements no bugs or rats those reviews are false 🤦🔑📄

Management is not good! They take there time to address your situation!? Takes forever to get things fix done! Walls in hallways are disgusting!!! No where to make official complaints just a PO Box!? If I knew what I knew now I would never have moved here!!! Infestation of flies and they say the exterminator comes once a month I have to wait! Disgusting I do not recommend!!!

A cool guy I know lives in 96 and he is very pleased 😉 when you drive down maple you see the wooden fence gardens and well manicured grass.. A man got shot but he lives in Hempstead very sad but don't go giving the maple tree a bad name the people causing trouble don't even live their.. Main street treats all tenants nice even the disabled ones which says a lot about them.. Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My friend Steve lives in 96 a beautiful apartment Steve has nothing but good things to say clean quiet and nice.
