EXCEPTIONAL does not even describe my experience with Angela Bevin! She went "beyond the call of duty" to help us find a home in the Bennington area. She was there for us every step of the way....from always quickly responding to every call, text or email to looking at every potential property that she felt would possibly meet our needs. Angela is totally different from any other agent I have worked with before. She didn't say "just let me know if you if see something on the internet". She knows the area very well and kept her eyes and ears open. Not only is she professional, she is very personable and I trusted her insight when I needed it. We took a big "leap of faith" moving to Vermont from SC but Angela made the decision and experience a very positive one!

Failed to disclose right of way issues with property they listed, also failed to disclose full tax burden, there listing said 1498$ dollars annually. Actually it's 3299$ annually, finding this out as we set to close on a property. DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK, completely untrustworthy.

Abi is amazing! She had all the answers to our questions, and the solutions throughout the entire home buying process. She also made us feel extremely welcome in our new town. We will always refer her way, and will work with her again in the future.
