Dillon was very patient and responsive about answering lots of questions and helping us understand the process, which was crucial to us as first-time home buyers. He also went above and beyond by showing us multiple homes on different days, and by setting up viewings out of state (we live near a state line). He helped us make informed decisions but didn't pressure us into a purchase or other decisions. He was responsive and timely during negotiations.
