Maple Leaf Apartments

I'm on a door dash and their parking spaces weren't plowed. No big deal. The big deal is that I'm stuck now because I pulled up on one of the dividers because it wasn't marked and looks exactly like the other spaces. Do better.

My sister has been living here for over a year and management has been awful. They shut the hot water off without notifying residents. The hot water has stopped working at least 5 different times and they are in no rush to fix it. Which means going DAYS without hot water. Can’t shower or do the dishes. They do not respond to your emails or call you back like they say they will. They have no respect for their residents and no urgency to fix issues. My sister has also had problems with her AC unit and every time they tell her it’s fixed but never do anything. This place is awful and full of empty promises. I would never recommend anyone live here. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone and when they do, they have no solution. Think of this apartment as the “landlord special.” They painted

I’m having trouble setting up my online payment. Maggie took my call, assured me she would contact the office that needed to fix the problem. She called me back and let me know the problem was going to be taken care of. Maggie was pleasant and professional. It was a pleasure to talk to her.
