I wish I could give zero stars. These people are liars, despite what management claims. The living conditions at this apartment complex are unacceptable, and management is fully aware of the issues. Black spots repeatedly appeared on the walls and even on my furniture, which looked like mold. I complained over and over again, yet my concerns were ignored. Management chose not to properly address the problem and instead dismissed my complaints entirely. The heating system is completely inadequate. It does not properly heat the apartment at all. Instead, it only drives your electric bill through the roof, leaving you cold while paying excessive utility costs. This is something prospective renters absolutely need to know. I really wouldnt understand the low reviews. I have been living in Maple Glen apartments since 2022. Jannell Turner is the person that will make your stay here peaceful and smooth. I was away from home and my family wouldn’t answer their phone and Jannell came to save the day. She checked up on my family and made sure that everything was alright. Whether im locked out or any issues with the apartment (which i had only once), Jannell is my go to person. Also, i want to mention Janice (rip). She was the most understanding and caring accountant i ve ever worked with. We would have long conversations and she was such a sweetheart that would always make me feel home. I recently visited a simple apartment complex that left a very positive impression. The overall layout is spacious, giving each unit a comfortable and open feel without feeling cluttered. I've lived here for 2 years and haven't experienced the issues everyone else is complaining about. Its an older building but my apartment is huge and has been upgraded with all new appliances and flooring. The building is non smoking, which I love, the halls are cleaned regularly and Jannell and the cleaning/maintenance crew are amazing.

The worst place ever. Everywhere were cockroaches. DO NOT CHOSE THIS PLACE EVER. I AM TELLING YOU DO NOT GET THIS PLACE. WE DID NOT GET A DIME FROM OUR $1850.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT. Their town homes is outrageously overpriced , nothing was ready when we move there, we asked to get rid of cockroaches for good 10 months and they would come and spay some cheap products and It would not help at all. Please for love of GOD DO NOT COME NEAR TO THEM. Everyone is fake at that place
