My family had such a great experience. We used one of their floorplans and customized it to fit my family’s needs, fit our lot, and fit our HOA requirements. This was an investment for us and I felt like they understood that. We weren’t just another project. Building a home is a long process no matter who builds it but the communication was great every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier.

Man let me just say for my 1st out of state investment property, I am so humbled by how amazing the Manuel Builders team and one the most professional, friendly and down to earth Site Superintendents you will ever meet Daniel J Mercante have been through the entire building process. From the sales team member, Jenna Griffin, who was so wonderful, to the pre-construction team member Lisa Keeter, who is so thorough and cares about your build just as much as the home owner. I just want to send a Special Thanks to Daniel for making my construction experience so amazing, seamless and nonstressful. I personally couldn't have asked for a better partner to construct such a beautiful home with. The craftsmanship is bar none. Thanks for being so amazing and genuine.

Building with Manuel Builders was a great decision and a year later, we are still happy with their service. Daniel Mercante and Rusty Chopin have been great to work with for all of our warranty needs.

The design process yielded the most amazing home, and now we are getting ready to break ground! Grant, Toni, and Daniel provided such fantastic support no matter whether we were making simple decisions or navigating something unexpected beyond their control. This is going to be the most beautiful house ever, I would recommend Manuel 10 times out of 10!!
