Mansions of McKinney

I toured the Mansions of McKinney this afternoon, and Bryan was absolutely awesome! This was by far the best tour I had today, no even joking. From the moment the tour began until the very end, he made me feel like I was already a resident. From him offering beverages, to his engaging conversation, to him listening to my wants in my new place just everything! The property was very clean, quiet, and well-maintained. I toured the Largo along with two other floor plans, and all of them were spacious and beautiful. Thank you, Bryan, for your warm and welcoming hospitality—give that man a raise! 😄

It's always a great experience coming for a 5 star review, but poor service in repairs. Am glad my friends is leaving this weekend, can't wait for lease to expire in April for me to leave. Poor service, they need to change management, no wonder people keep leaving after 1 year and 5 stars review from new people.

I absolutely love living at the Mansions of Mckinney! The staff specially Z is such a wonderful asset to the Mansions! Not only is she’s helpful considerate and kind, but her customer service is exquisite! It’s an absolutely pleasure to live here, because she makes you feel like family and there’s no worry! Thank you Z for making me feel like I’m home with friends and family all in the neighborhood. It’s a wonderful community!

When it was time to move to our new location, we found 4 apartments of interest so we decided to start with “Mansion of McKinney” and so glad we did. There we met Giovanna and other staff members that were very kind and helpful. Giovanna showed us a couple of apartments, she was professional, knowledgeable and gratefully kind especially in helping us fill out the lease. We had a great experience there. To say the least, we didn’t bother to look at any other apartments in the area. RH

I had the pleasure to tour this property today with Bryan. He was amazing and very informative and professional. This property offers everything you would look for in apartment life as well as single home. As a former home owner it was refreshing to see how much it still felt like single family living without the maintenance. The rooms are very large and the closets are to die for. Grounds were clean and very well maintained. Looking forward to signing my lease. Don’t overlook this gem! Worth every penny.
