Excellent standard of living and high quality staff. Only reason i’m giving it a 4 and not a 5 is because they have an incredibly RUDE staff on the pool called “Samuel Nuñez”. Does not want to do his job at all and loads on work to others. Needs to be fired
Excellent building for a luxury experience in Sunny Isles. Parking is tough unless you valet. It’s an iconic property and will surely delight you.
There isn't a place I'd rather go. They exceed at every level, and what more can you ask for.
