I was denied to rent a $665 apartment @ 3905 Dunnica. I have a solid rental history, make $32. 54 hourly as as school bus driver, which makes me drug free & clean background. Not to mention long employment history. I have a 6 year old bankruptcy from covid . There running a scam for application money! I pay $1200 per month right now with my current lease and never a late payment! Maybe this is a blessing! Actually thank you!

Jack Junker is the worse agent you can ever work with very unfair and unprofessional he used me to drive up the price 30k over asking price and he was keep telling other guys offer amount and asked me to put 30k more and said this property is your and at the end I called him he said that he is going to talk to seller now and my offer is highest and this property will be yours and guess what he called me an hour later saying they went with higher offer this is ridiculous he should loose his license !!! He was auction the property and was not fair and equal to every one
