Manor Place Apartments

Heritage Garden Apartments is one of the worst-maintained communities I’ve ever seen. The pool has been shut down for over two years with no updates or repairs. Landscaping across the property is neglected, making the entire complex look run down. The stairs in every building are poorly maintained, and both the stairs and sidewalks are filthy, badly needing pressure washing. Every corner seems to have spider webs and spiders, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. Even more concerning, the balconies for each apartment are not maintained and appear to be in serious risk of structural failure — a major safety concern that management has ignored. It's not a good place to live and it's not a good place for kids

Heritage Gardens, Oh My Gosh. Filthy, Stinky and utterly a regular dump. Walkways filled with spider webs containing dead bugs, old trash remaining for weeks on stairways. Old shoes and feminine napkins on stairway walk. I stopped visiting my friend because the walk up to her apartment was too filthy. DO NOT RENT.
