Cornelia Garden Apartments

My grandmother lives here, I have visited a couple of times lately. The place is not infested with bed bugs! My grandmother's apartment was very clean, the floor looked as if it had new carpet. The bathroom and kitchen were nice, the only problem that I saw was that my grandmother's stove did not work properly. She told me it had been that way since she moved there and had reported it a couple of times within the year that she has been a resident but no one had been to repair or replace it. This dose worry me because my grandmother is 80 and stays at hone most of the time and needs to be able to prepare her meals

Incapable of fixing the simplest of maintenance requests while increasing rent. I've had requests waiting since before the new management came in, and they've only made it 10x worse.

Infested with bed bugs. Landlord is way too worried about your personal business and not nearly worried enough about pests etc

People in the office are rude and very disrespectful.. they should have more concern and respect for the elderly people thats living inside their apartments and paying them to live there .
