Manor Communities

I have lived at two different communities owned by this company and I would have stayed with them forever if I could! If you’ve been a renter for most of your life like me, you know that honest and caring landlords are just NOT the norm, but this company is different. The overall culture at the properties was 100% resident focused, personal, honest, almost like a big happy, helpful family. It was clear that they only hire individuals who actually care. The resident events were awesome at both communities, the maintenance was lighting fast and competent, and the ladies in the office were always so kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I have had to relocate again due to my job and Manor Communities does not own any complexes in my current area, or you better believe I would be renting from them

TERRIBLE, UNETHICAL VALUES, AWFUL, DREADING EXPERIENCE. This was an awful and dreading experience that I do not wish on anybody. Being told one thing to bait you into an agreement and then lying to you later to gain an extra rent payment is extremely unethical. I told the rental office that I would be graduating on December 8th back in August of this year. At that time in the office, I was told by more than two employees, and the rental manager that I all I would have to do is come in and give a "one month's notice" on when I should be leaving. Therefore, with being told this, I went into the rental office on November 12th to tell them I am giving my 1-month notice to leave on December 12th.
