Apartments look good on outside, but there are many many problems. No Maintenace man, Drive thru entrance is damaged (cracked and very loose, endanger of falling on somebody) Entrance and exit doors don’t work. Property manager will smile and laugh, but doesn’t accomplish anything else. If you are looking for a nice place to live, look elsewhere.
Stove went out on 19 Dec. was told today, that the part would take 3-5 days to come in. Since today is Tuesday and Christmas is This Sunday, it doesn’t take a Genius to figure out that it will be after Christmas before problem is fixed. Management shows no concern. This is the worst run apartments in the state of Texas. Very poor Management and extremely poor Maintenance
Lived here since June it's a great place to live
Resident for 3 yrs and have no gripes
