First off I want to say that the people that I dealt with at castleberry are super nice. This was our first custom home and building a house can be very overwhelming.. That being said they finished pretty quickly but that was both a good and bad thing. We made a huge mistake in not getting the house inspected by an actual inspector and trusted the city inspector which is no longer with the city where we live. To this day we still have electrical issues and breaker are constantly tripping.. Two days ago my mom was vacuuming the spare room and the garage door was raised when I went outside and the breaker tripped. We have had two spots where they fixed it once right before the 1 yr warranty ran out.. I thought it was fixed but alas last winter the warm spots on my roof showed up where the
