Manomet Place

Residents here are pathetic. They harass people from the public who park on the public street during a parking ban, who have no choice because they work in the neighborhood. Even though the residents have their designated parking across the street. We pay excise taxes to the city and we can legally park on any public street during a parking ban. If you don’t like it, harass the city. Not people who are leaving work after a 16 hour shift.

I been here 3 yrs. It was great then. Now if I could I would move out. Only certain people matter, when it come to safety concerns, crosswalk, having to walk in ankle deep water snow ice ect. cars being damaged and people not being held accountable for their actions. Not a happy tenant. I have spoken with Management on several of these things and it's a ok. But what is funny is i am just a laugh to them. 😞😥😢

Moved in February n I love my apartment it's quiet beautiful n most of all safe n secure!. People here are very friendly . Doesn't get any better than this❤️

I can't say enough about Manomet Place. The apartments are beautiful and everything is so clean. The office staff are really friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help with anything you need and make you feel right at home!

I love living at Manomet Place. The staff is so accommodating and they all go above and beyond for the residents. My apartment is beautiful and I have made so many friends here.
