Rented a house via Mann and Sons for a winter trip to the beach. Our only request was for it to have a hot tub. When we arrived the hot tub was drained and not functional. When we called Lauren Price to find out what was wrong, she informed us that it broke two weeks ago. That was plenty of time to change houses to one with a hot tub. Then she informs us that it was out of her control and nothing could have been done. All of this in a rude tone. She said she would ask the owner for a discount. Never heard from her again. You can decide if that’s a company you would like to deal with. **Interesting that you try to couch this as a budget constraint. I had many options. I have been using Mann & Sons Realtors for at least 20+ years. Honestly, they make it so easy for me to reserve a location for my annual summer vacation. They have it down to a science. If I have questions, I can email or call and someone always answers. There are real people who run this office. It’s always a pleasure to work with them. My vacations are usually Sunday to Sunday. They set up a very strict window of time to pick up keys. If you are late, no problem, you pick up your keys at the location. You never have to worry that you’re not going to get into your vacation spot. They always provide information packages and key holders and if the local Chamber of Congress has good year, they often will provide the realty company with a tote bag (grocery-style) for their clients.

Rented a large house off season for our annual ladies weekend and was so disappointed. House was fine but we never felt welcomed. We had to bring so much of our own stuff it was a joke. Not even a sponge at the sink or a bath matt in the bathrooms. Will not be renting on Norfolk again.

We use Mann & Sons every summer and have never had anything other than a great vacation! Many rentals to choose from!
