Horrible! Ever since PACT took over everything has gone down hill. From no heat and hot water to people sleeping in the staircase. Elevators not working consistently. Seniors and disabled tenants stuck in the lobby for hours because of the elevators not working. They removed my neighbors stove for weeks and made her buy a hot plate. Maintenance is non existing. The buildings are dirty. They haven't mopped our hallway since they took over. Garbage is piled up outside daily. Ty Harris the property manager never answers the phone or return calls. It's definitely time to move. At least with NYCHA there was communication, daily cleaning, garbage removal and fast response to issues.
