Such a beautiful property! The amenities are top notch, the landscaping is beautiful, and you can really tell that the office cares about residents. Renae always communicates clearly and directly and does everything that she can to ensure everyone on property is taken care of. The units are well maintained and Joe is always right on top of work orders. Out of all the places I’ve lived, Mandolin is definitely my favorite

Great place to live in Franklin, since moving here in January 2025 my experience has been nothing but pleasant with very well-maintained grounds and amenities. Maintenance requests are always handled very promptly, I never feel like a request is on the backburner. Garages are spacious, neighborhood is fantastic for walks and overall, a very quiet/peaceful neighborhood. Of the placed I have lived in Franklin, Mandolin is at the top of my recommendations.

Recently moved into the Mandolin and have loved my experience. From my initial signing process to how helpful and kind the management team has been throughout my move in process, they made everything so easy. I am impressed with the condition of my apartment and have enjoyed getting to settle in smoothly. I have lived in several good and bad apartments, but this community easily takes top 3!

Thankful for the office staff and maintenance here at Mandolin. Move in was a breeze! Anytime I have a question or concern they make it a priority. Some places I’ve lived make the residents feel like a chore or annoyance, Renea and Maddie make it feel like I’m going to a friend for help! Joe and the maintenance team are always professional and (as a single woman) make me feel comfortable whenever they need to come to the unit. Would highly recommend to anyone moving to the area. (Side note: they soil my dog too.)
