Jake has been amazing and helped me find my beautiful apt. Here at Ellison! Truly blessed by finding this complex. The team Have been amazing towards me! Ariel is so kind and professional! Josie is a great leader and truly worked hard to help me move here! Only been here for one week and excited about all the wonderful amenities that will open soon! I had to leave a review because my experience with Ellison Cool Springs has been absolutely amazing. From the very first call, Ariel was so kind and helpful, answering all of my questions and making me feel completely at ease. She is truly fantastic! Jake was also so incredible he guided me every step of the way, from choosing my apartment to getting my keys, and made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. Moving from a different state isn’t easy, but this team made it the easiest part of my transition. I’m beyond grateful for how supportive, professional, and awesome everyone was. I’m so happy with my new place and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I toured almost every available 2 bedroom and Ellison hands down won in almost every category I was searching. I almost went with a full service high rise downtown Nashville but they honestly couldn't compete with the level of detailed customer service I received on my tour here. Ariel was so positively warm & welcoming, giving me a detailed, informative tour and taking time to answer all concerns during my search & beyond. Jake has been very helpful during the move-in process as well, confirming my decision to go with Ellison. Even met Dillon, who also reached out in passing and offered me assistance unprompted. Best professional team! Hands down exceeded my expectations!

Great community and even better staff. Ariel, Jake, and the entire management team is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance is fast and reliable, and the property is always well kept, even with all the new construction still happening. Amenities, including personal work space, are great too. I Highly recommend!

New to TN and while driving around with my Realtor she talked me into moving to the area. Once we came across Ellison it was love at first site. From the first greeting with Jake we knew it was the place to be.
