Don't move here!!! Get away. It's a place that's not safe. There is never parking to be able to park your car and this is a constant stress because the doors hit you and the car scratched you because they parked walmart cars practically and not normal cars, and you have to be very careful not to be left out or near the stripe, because the crane just comes and takes you the car and those on the property support this very normally because it is a business. Extremely expensive rents. You end up paying too much water and sewage even if you don't use the service. Anyway, this apartment complex is a real disaster and they want to charge you for everything.

I've been here since October and have been absolutely blown away at how awesome the place is. I've lived in quite a few different apartment complexes and this place is definitely my favorite. Also, the maintenance crew here is UNREAL. I put in a maintenance request, and they will respond and usually have it fixed within 12 hours (that's putting in the request at 8PM and it being fixed by 8AM). I haven't had an emergency call yet, but I imagine they would show up before I picked up the phone. ALSO, to illustrate how awesome the maintenance guys are, I accidentally dropped smashed a jar of kimchi in the parking lot earlier today (photo below). Management and maintenance is everything that is good about this place, in my experience. Everything else is stress. The buildings are a headache, if you live on the first floors you will not be able to have peace, the neighbors are making noises at all hours, if they walk barefoot you will feel a whole herd of elephants on your roof. Even at dawn. If you live on the top floor, you will be the one bothering the people below. I have a baby who is barely 1 year old who is learning to walk, the lady downstairs every time I felt her (always early in the morning because my daughter falls asleep before 9pm) banged on her ceiling and the girl started to crying when hearing those loud knocks, this every day. Great place! The only problem is the parking lot. My car has been hit TWICE in one month and there’s no cameras around so you’re kind of screwed there. Also if you come home later it’s really hard to find parking because a lot of people double park. Lived here for three years and management has always been super nice and helpful. Maintenance has always been super fast for me and I have never had a problem with any sort of pests in my apartment. It’s very dog friendly and has a nice little dog park. Overall I really enjoyed my experience and time here and would definitely recommend this place.

My boyfriend and I moved here in the beginning of June, 2019, and it has been absolutely wonderful. Sandra is amazing, and has always been very attentive to all of our needs. The pool is amazing, and the landscaping is great. They do regular maintenance, (the maintenance people are AWESOME) and are very diligent with each individual problem that arises. As first time renters, the staff helped us in every way, to make sure that we understood each aspect. We are very happy, and lucky to have found such a wonderful apartment complex, with a great staff!!
