We had an exceptional experience with Manchester Elite from Larry the Builder to his wife Susan and the project manager Michael. They made us feel like family and we’re easy to work with. We had custom builds placed in our home that get tons of compliments anytime anyone comes to our house. They were attentive to our needs, patient with his and built us a beautiful quality home. I would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with Manchester Homes. They custom built our home during Covid and I waited to give a review because I wanted to see if they stood behind their Builder Home Warranty, and they did. The communication was great. The timeline was met. The overall build turned out amazing. We had our plans drawn up for a few years but could not find the right builder....I am a Realtor so I get the bonus of walking through homes every day and seeing the difference in quality between each builder was such a crucial part of our decision. I have known Larry and Susan for over 25 years. Saying that, Larry has never personally built a home for me. Larry has helped me with a remodel, this isn’t something he would normally do but he was there every step, from helping with the contractor, to staying and over seeing the project as if it was his own home undergoing a facelift. What I can tell you, is if you choose Manchester Elite for your home builder you will not be disappointed. Our building experience with Manchester was truly great. Larry and Michael were just wonderful to work with and we felt so at ease during the process. They were really upfront and everything was communicated really clearly. We were given a printed timeline with what to expect and when we needed to make choices for our custom home, as well as all the contact info to set up those design appointments. There was no guess work! The budget was super clear and enabled us to make our choices and any upgrades with a really clear understanding of where we stood so we stayed within our budget. They actually finished our home more quickly than we thought and everything was done so well. We recommend them to everyone and can’t speak highly enough of their character and the quality of what they build!

Manchester Elite Homes owners Larry and Susan build an amazingly affordable and strong quality home. They are good Christian people, very honest and trust worth. Very organized and meet deadlines.
