Rent at your own risk. When I first rented from them, I agreed to do them a favor and take a strange lease period to help get that property back on schedule with the rest of statesboro, and Darla was out of the office for personal reasons. When she did come back, she started off communication with me with rude comments and an attitude. When they switched over to being able to take electronic payments, their system had some kind of problem with my account, which was the only electronic payment method that did seem to have a problem with my account. Because of this, they penalized me twice with late payment fees, after Darla went out of her way to suggest that I didn't have the funds to pay the rent, and wouldn't remove both of them even though the problem was with their system.
