Mammoth at the Orchard Apartments

Fantastic place to live! The complex is clean, peaceful, safe and well managed. The community manager Kourtney is outstanding, helpful, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile! Couldn’t be happier living here!

I would like to give a shout out to Kourtney for being so knowledgeable of her job. That seems to be a very rare quality that some people have today in the leasing business. Courtney was able to answer my questions. She was very friendly about it. I love the fact that she seemed very excited about helping me dealing with the lease and agent that’s very knowledgeable of their Job like Courtney made my visit very pleasant. This company is very lucky to have someone like her on your staff. Thank you, Courtney for being a very sweet soul and answering my million questions.

This complex was truly a hidden gem when we moved here! Management blows me away! They’re attentive, inviting, and animal friendly! One addition I do think would be helpful would be doggy bag stations. These would make all our dog families lives so much easier! I really love that we found this place and am excited to continue renting here.

Wonderful place to live, The apartments are recently remodeled, the management team is lovely to work with, and the maintenance is quick. I've had nothing but fantastic experience when staying here at the Orchard❤️
