I had a wonderful experience working with Hannah Moser while applying for an apartment in Brighton. She was so helpful throughout the entire process and worked with me for nearly two months, always answering my questions and taking time to explain each step of the process to me. I could tell she wanted to help me and felt so supported, even during the waiting game on approvals. She even took the time to call me after work hours to provide updates on my application. Ive had one of theeeeee best experience working with Bia. I cannot recommend her enough. From start to finish, she made the entire apartment-signing process unbelievably smooth and stress-free. Ive never participated in a lottery before so i had a gazillion questions and Bia was extremely patient with answering all of them. She made sure i was confident every step of the way. What stood out the most was her genuine care. i felt like she was truly advocating for me and making sure I found the right place. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, I’m now in an apartment I absolutely love. thank you!!!

I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. I worked with Ethan for over 3 months trying to secure an apartment and I got multiple emails saying I was approved and moving forward, 12 days before I’m suppose to move into the apartment I got a email stating that I was not approved, meanwhile I’ve already moved me and my two children’s lives into a storage unit. I’ve reached out to multiple people without an explanation or so much as an email back. This is very disappointing. This set me back hundreds of dollars with zero explanation for a real reasoning & homeless! I do not recommend this company.
