I experienced a serious lack of professionalism from the agent at Mallory Realty. I respectfully asked whether my rent could be prorated for my final month since my move-out date was the 31st and I was trying to achieve a job out of state- I moved on the 19th due to the job transition. The agent responded in an extremely unprofessional and dismissive tone, stating that I would be required to pay the full month’s rent or forfeit my security deposit. Despite the fact that I paid my rent on time every month and was never late, $150 was still deducted from my deposit. This experience was disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. I gave this lady my hard earn money which was 75 dollar application fee... She told me she was just looking for evictions or bankruptcy which I have neither. So she declined my application because of sum old payday loans which is so messed up. Also her attitude is very very very bad. I will let karma and God handle her.

Food was hot and tasted good. The price for two orders (to go) was about $21. I texted them my order and they replied within 5 minutes. The wait (to pickup my order) was an additional 5 minutes and the service was friendly.

Will absolutely not be working with this group. Called one of the agents listed, she demanded to know who was calling (? what?) -- I've never talked to these people. When I mentioned I have a house and am looking for property management services, she hung up.

Poor and customer service ,voice volume on 20 and Attitude is Ridiculous!!!! Ashame!!!
