Mallard Ridge

It was a nice place until water main repair. Unable to live in apartment for almost a month. No compensation. Nickled and dimed on exit so I could not get much deposit. Some staff really nice (Charles/Justin.) Bigos terrible.

Staff are conciencious and responsive. Refrigerator needed to be replaced as well as the furnace when we arrived. As soon as we let the office know they had them replaced, the fridge the same day and the furnace /airconditioner the second day. The garages are nice with some enclosed storage for each apartment. Each apartment has their own trash and recycling containers. The hot water is supplied for the whole building--no individual water heater--we had always had lots of very hot water on tap even in the early mornings. Some of the garages are difficult to drive into because they are recessed and their is not enough space to turn into them.

Thanks to my work, I have visited many homes. And I can say that these apartments are at least above average. I would give it a 7/10. Perhaps the only thing that is missing here is a renovation to make everything look more modern. But then the rent would be higher. Therefore, a balance is maintained here. And some neighbors don't know how to behave quietly (either a child jumps all day on the floor above, or another neighbor arrives in the middle of the night and starts running around the floors and slamming the garage door). Otherwise, it is quite comfortable to live here. And the garage right at the exit is great. The repair team responds to calls very quickly. And Charles should be given additional bonuses for his mega-positive attitude towards guests :) And the main highlight of this a

Me and my husband have been living at Mallard Ridge for about 4 years now. Although there are some things that may not make us too happy (we have communicated with management) the are is super nice! Close to the heart of Maple Grove and all the shops. Management on this property has been extremely helpful and great with her communication and that’s something I really appreciate! Despite things that are not in our control (rent raises, pipe projects, etc) I would say it is a nice place to live (:

Lived here for 5 years, i would definitely avoid in the future. Doors to the apartment slammed very loudly no matter how quiet and gentle you try to close it. People Constantly weed smoking and dog poop 💩 was always all over the property, keeping the heat inside the apartment was very challenging in winter time since the heating system was so outdated, The Rent for this apartments are so overpriced as well.! 🙏1
